[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it but didn't use it after all . Didn't do surgery but I do recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] economical since the two cushions come. excellent for the car

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So hard and uncomfortable feel like your sitting on a bunch of textbooks

Hard as a brick

I'm not sure... the base is basically a block. I have to say it does relieve pressure off the backside, and I'm able to use it while driving. I use the bolster separately. So, it's working but I'm not raving..?

Strangely functional, not amazing

I started using this pillow a little past 3 weeks post op to drive. Its very uncomfortable and the part that goes on the back of the seat is extremely uncomfortable. I replaced that with a pillow for comfort for my back. Im now almost 5 weeks post op and yesterday noticed HUGE DENTS on my thighs. I paid $12,000 for my surgery and my body is ruined and cannot fix it unless i pay for another surgery. Dont use this pillow.

Ruined my body

amazing bbl pillow! I'm 200 lbs and this thing works for me. definitely recommend

Buying another two for myself so I can keep one at my work and in my car!! Comfortable and well worth the price, highly recommend for anyone.

Highly Recommend

LOVE IT!
